The DNA (ds) Antibody, RIA (FARR Technique) test contains 1 test with 1 biomarker.
Clinical Significance
DNA (ds) Antibody, RIA (FARR Technique) - The FARR assay identifies high avidity dsDNA antibodies in suspected glomerulonephritis in SLE. The assay high sensitivity detects low antibody levels, which can damage kidneys through complement activation by dsDNA immune complexes bound to the GBM.
