Your patient can have their blood drawn at one of our partners 2,500 Patient Service Centers located across the United States (with the exception of NJ, NY and RI).
You can encourage your patients to track their progress, consult with their physician or healthcare provider and retest as directed.
Ulta Lab Tests does not bill insurance directly. However, your patients receipt includes the "CPT Codes” that most insurance companies require for reimbursement. Your patient may submit their receipt along with their insurance provider's claim form and if approved the amount that was paid may be applied towards their deductible or direct reimbursement based on their benefits plan.
(Note: When insurance is used, the provider may have the right and may request any results be reported and therefore become part of the patient’s medical records with their insurance provider. Ulta Lab Tests does not report the patient results to their insurance provider).
Patient will be able to review their test results and biomarkers online.
